Mathematical modeling ethylene polymerization process in autoclave reactor with stirrer

Building a mathematical model of the polymerization reactor is necessary to determine dependencies between input variables, technological mode and output variables ethylene process in an autoclave with stirrer, as well analyze effect design parameters on efficiency. A deterministic developed basis analysis physico-chemical regularities proposed solve these problems. There shown schematic diagram indicating flows substances energy, description process, mechanism chemical kinetics polymerization, system assumptions simplifying construction model, equations stirrer. The presented cascade ideal mixing apparatus describe each zones. rates reactions initiation, growth chain breakage are expressed accordance law acting masses. its final form ordinary differential for describing initial numerical values modeling given. results experiments shown, influence various factors investigated. can be used optimize regime
